seeing green

not only is emerald green the pantone color of the year, it also happens to be one of my favorites! green is always so vibrant and fresh, no matter what you put it on, be it clothing or home decor. it inspires a feeling that seems to just make everything look better and feel good. it also reminds me that spring is upon us, when i start to grow dreary of the cold weather and covered up wardrobe. emerald green was  my fathers favorite color. maybe there is some sentiment involved, it always reminds me of him.

a new year and a fresh space

Starting off the new year right means having an organized working space. One where you can feel constantly inspired and motivated on a daily basis. Surrounded by the things you love, be it your favorite art work, books, stationary, reminders, or just a pretty bouquet of your first pick of flowers.

It also helps if that space is a pretty one, so here are a few desk and office accessories that I fancy…

Exciting News! {Modcloth Feature}

I just wanted to share a little piece of recent good news!

On Tuesday night, while I was enjoying some relaxing down time, scrolling through some of my favorite blogs (Ben & Jerry's ice cream in hand). I was so thrilled to come across my feature on the Modcloth blogs, Fave Finds section!

There is nothing more simple, timeless and eye appealing than the classic color combination of black and white. An instant chic and a crisp perfectly-polished and put together feeling every time!
