Let's talk about Valentino again, shall we?

I'm sure you have heard me ramble on about Valentino here before, it was only a few months ago I was swooning over ALL of the pieces in their pre-fall collection. Well, does it surprise you then that they managed to give me that same effect, with the showing of the f/w 2014 collection in Paris yesterday? I'm not surprised really, they just bring it, every time. Again, and again. Pure timeless beauty, glorious fabrics and attention to details. The tailored elegance is a guarantee, and this time we can add leather to the list, and some playful pops of color- perfection! I am just dying over that colorful diamond pattern leather coat, no?

Valentino. Every. Time.

When it comes to the collections on the runway, Valentino never ceases to put me in a state of swoon. Every piece in the collection is always just simply beautiful. The attention to detail and the craft of perfect tailoring are to be expected, but it never lets down, ever. Designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli of Valentino just nail it every time, they truly understand the structure and art of fashion and the timeless beauty and grace of it on women. They just make it flow effortlessly collection after collection.

 I am in love with just about every piece of the pre-fall 2014 collection, but couldn’t fit them all here, so here are ten that are at the top of the list. Although anything from the collection would suit just fine (*sigh* one of these days....).

Georgia May Jagger

What is it about Rock Stars daughters that they just turn out so freaking cool and beautiful? It must just be bred in the genes and inevitable right? Remember my post about Liv Tyler? Same thing, born with the awesome gene!

I recently game across these pictures of Georgia May Jagger in soft hues of white and pretty pastels. She looks so natural and effortlessly beautiful. And that gap in her teeth....well, you know that is just a pretty amazing feature to have. Guess it's not a bad idea to have Mick Jagger and style icon Jerry Hall as parents either.

The Valentino Spring 2013 Couture show was so beautiful in every sense of the word. Inspired from the roots of a garden (literally) and antique silhouettes. It was simple, yet elegant and so adorned with subtle details. So delicate and fresh, perfectly fit for a modern day Grace Kelly. Pure beauty.
