Mint with a Cherry on Top!

I love the color combinations of mint green and red together, in fact I love them so much, that combo is also the color palette in my kitchen, at home.

After recently cleaning out my closet and trying to organize items by color. I realized how much the fondness of these colors, reflected in my personal wardrobe as well. So I decided to put together a couple of outfits using some pieces I already had in my closet, and wear them for a few days in a row.....

 I present to you "Mint with a Cherry on Top"

mint green 1950s vintage nylon blouse with lace trim: desert vintage
red & white vintage 1950s polka dot skirt: desert vintage
red bow cinch belt: f21
red t-strap pumps: steve madden

mint green vintage 1950s sailor top dress: desert vintage
red t-strap pumps: steve madden
red vintage bakelite cherry earrings: razzle dazzle vintage

mint green cardigan: target
white & mint green polka dot dress: {made from a 1940s pattern}
red 1950s beaded brooch: desert vintage
red skinny, gold bow buckle belt: thrifted
red mary- jane flats {not shown}

Now I feel like eating a big bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream, with a cherry on top!

  7. You look lovely, I think mint color is adorable, pitty it´s not very popular here, so it´s hard to find nice mint clothes.
